Solved what this message shows? How can i access that folder?

Whenever i prompt to open that folder it shows the message It is not accessible
what can i do now?

Also did this folder is necessary i thought it is waste one can i delete it from here...?

"System Volume Information" is a critical system folder and it is normal you do not have access to it.
"$RECYCLE.BIN" is also a critical system folder and you should not attempt to modify it in any way. The same applies to all files and folders whose icons are shown dimmed in Windows Explorer. Access to these items is for experts only.

Windows 7 when possible tries to protect itself that is why the warning pops up.
That pop up is no indication of a problem. Just a warning (Hands Off) or you can get in deep do do quickly.

To simplify matters, you can go into CP / Folder options and check "hide system files and folders", and then you won't see them in Explorer.
