what to do if windows 7 failing?

well i know my windows 7 failing i do know it aint my windows 7 but i quite think its my hdd cuz
i tryed everything yet when i run sfc/scannow always fails and i also cant install any game whatsoever and some applications with some decompression extensions for example i cant install crysis well i still have warranty on my hdd should i go there?? the weird shiet its that i bought the hdd 3 months ago i just want someone to tell me if there might be some other issue b4 i go or i should just go with no doubts whatsoever

You may also want to try a repair install.
