Whats name of program scans C drive usage?

A while ago I read on this forum and downloaded a really good program that plots how much data programs are taking on your C drive - does anyone know what it was called? I think it is really popular and it looks a bit like a de-frag programme

It is a colorful and really helpful app....

MY C Drive is creaking under strain of too many programs but I cant give anything up.
