Beotelnet are one of the best ISP and has been voted ad one of the fastest in 2010 and I think again in 2011 as well and one of the best ISP in Europe. I would go out on a limb that this is a deadicated ADSL connection with an estimated 100MB upsteam and 100MB downstream ideal for CS... You could have an awesome Clan party on this connection... the ping is just perfect.
