I am on Sky Broadband and have 2 computers linked to the router (which is a Sagem Router)

A week or so ago Sky had a problem and my area lost all phone and broadband for about 6 hours,

now I find that when my PC and my brothers are on at the same time the broadband gives up the ghost, luckily he is away on holiday but I will still need to get the problem sorted

This was all ok before the power outage, does anyone have a clue, or should I phone Sky ?

Hi there ... If it only happens when you are both on the Net .. Sounds to me like an ISP problem .. Have you checked your speeds .. Are you getting what you are suppose to be .. How is that compared to before Sky had the problem ..

At the moment I am getting about 9mg which is the normal speed I was getting before the problem,

If it is an ISP problem I will get onto them to sort it !

ETA I just switched my PC off and my brothers on, it is not connecting to the Internet, it is failing to detect the Router so I am assuming that the problem lies with his pc

Went in this morning and the problem seems to have sorted itself, maybe it was an ISP issue
