Solved Where did the Customize tab go???

Today, I wanted to customize some folder in terms of their display. However, when I right-clicked on the folder and selected Properties, there was no Customize tab? I know that it used to be there - what the heck happened??? More importantly, what should I do so that that tab is visible again?

Is it just a few or all folders that don't have the Customize tab on their properties page?
