where is "up" and "search" standard button

. How can i activate it?
The 'up' had gone in Vista and Seven. Instead you do what it shows in the picture:
Just click on the box next to the folder you are in, that takes you there.
You can also click on the higher up root folders as well, instead of in XP you press the 'Up' button loads of times
