Panda does occasionally interferes with internet/firewall, like wouldn't let attachment be uploaded the 1st time, if I refresh a page, it shows blank/Google saved/cached copy......may be has some issues with Chrome.....Or using it on an old install.

No telling if you look back at my screen shot usb protection is off and process monitor is on
Could be chrome seeing that I use palemoon and firefox and haven't had any issue uploading anything.
