Don't know anything about the first one. Been using the second one for several years with 100% success and 0 problems. It works fine with both 32 & 64 bit applications.

The full paid version of Revo Uninstaller Pro. Been using this for several years and I wouldn't be without it.

The free version only works on 32bit programs. You need the full version for 64 bit programs.

I've been using Advanced Uninstaller Pro for a long time now, and I'm quite satisfied with all its features, it goes a little beyond simply uninstall cleaner, so my recommendation would be towards that.

No idea about the other, never used it, so I can't compare.
