Not much. Despite the smoke and sunshine Intel likes to blow about their graphics chipsets, they aren't good for much more than solitaire. You might get away with something like The Sims (1 and 2, but definitely not 3) or similar spec'ed games, but not much else.

Too get a good idea of what it is incapable of go here,

Notebookcheck: Comparison of Laptop Graphics Cards

and scroll down to the Class 4 and Class 5 categories, and see what they show. Even better if you can identify the exact chipset (if it is the Compaq in your specs, it has teh 4500M in it), and then you can see what it can do.

Yep, you're not going to run much. And what you can run isn't going to be run at max settings by any stretch of the imagination unless the game is from about 2000 or 2002 at the latest.

as they said .. this card wasn't made for gaming its just a "family chipset" designed for nothing more than web surfing and listening to music
you cant even make some 3d text in photoshop with it
so if you really want to play you need a new pc/notebook as v.cards can't be changed/added to notebooks
as for games you can play on it need for speed most wanted will work fine ... gta san andreas will work but will be kinda slow ... you can play online games like silkroad - wolfteam - rappelz - crossfire and others ... but on low graphics and they will be kinda playable
hope i helped :)
