Have you tried disableling startup programs in MSConfig?

1. Type 'msconfig' in the search bar and press enter.
2. Click 'Startup'.
3. Uncheck any unused startup programs (like: adobe acrobat).
4. Click OK.
5. Click 'Restart now'.
The programs you have unchecked won't be loaded on boot, do not uncheck vital programs like OS and mouse controller. If you don't know what program it is, don't uncheck it.

Hi. Although my laptop only takes 7 seconds to start up, I took a screen shot of everything thats starts up at start up. All is checked. Which of these can I uncheck if you can tell me please. Thx Or may be easier to tell me which to keep checked.

I gave you a link to Clean Up Factory Bloatware which explains that you don't need anything checked in msconfig>Startup and Msconfig>Services (after Hiding All MS Services) except your AV which should be a lightweight one like Microsoft Security Essentials. All others are freeloaders on your system that can wait to start, or Toshiba bloatware which duplicates much better features built into Win7.

Please read over and follow the these steps I provided to mitigate the Toshiba bloatware, including the other link for how to get the best possible install for Win7 which leaves out the corrupting Toshiba bloatware.
