My internet modem is right in front of me, on a desk shelf. The computers running thru it show activity - downloads - with flashing port lights, otherwise inactivity is a light just 'on'. PC off - no port light.
Today my laptop was finished it's Av scan, just sitting there doing nothing - or so I thought - when suddenly the internet port light for that PC starts flashing furiously. Nothing I could see in the desktop or control panel explained that.
So, is there any windows control or software that would tell me which program was accessing the net in cases like this?
