Which windows 7 updates to avoid windows 10

So I have a new Acer laptop with Windows 7 Home premium sp1.


Of all the updates (over 160) for Windows 7 since it is brand new, how do I know which to install so I can avoid the ones that have the win10 in it?

The updates have all been recommended so as long as your update settings exclude them from being mixed into real Important updates you should be fine loading Important updates

All of these updates has got secret telemtry (which slow down system) and upgrade on Windows 10.
