while selecting a file to open in explorer, it opens full screen

Hi, while on application, if i browse to select a file in an online forum site, the file to open box , opens and occupy the full screen in stead of default normal screen of less than half ? I could only see this box, and not any other thing on screen.
Please give a solution to this . This has happened ony recently

What happens if you resize the window using the cursor at the edges of the window? Does the size then stick?

If that doesn't work, download portable Firefox. Run portable Firefox and do the same thing trying to upload an attachment. Does the Window remain full screen as before? If no, and the window is back to normal size do the following:

If your main browser is Firefox, press and hold the shift key and while holding the shift key double click on the Firefox launch icon. Select the OPEN option, not refresh. Once Firefox opens try uploading an attachment to a forum like this one again. Is the problem still there?

If you use Chrome follow this tutorial on how to open in safe mode. How to run Chrome browser in Incognito Mode or Safe Mode Once in safe mode try uploading an attachment. Does the issue persist?

Hi, when I open this forum page, it occupies the total screen ok, with a option of half size icon, next to the - minimize screen icon
Also when I write reply to this forum, the start is having a big rectangle of , as that resembles reply to thread.
