Why is my new Laptop so bad at performance?

hey guys,
first time posting on a forum for pc maintanance, os here i go.

i just got a laptop:

Asus x552 series.
AMD quad core A4 - 5000 1.5 ghz
4 gb ram
1gb graphics card RADEON HD 8670m
500 gb hdd
and my os is win8.1

SO, i just managed to change the language to english and my question is:

Why is my sistem so week?

i am currently trying to play Diablo II and it is not working properly, it is very slow, and the game almost dies if i have more then 3 enemies.

also, if i have a player open online and watching something and playing candy crush at the same time, they both die very shortly.

i checked my device manager, and everything appears to be installed correctly.
i don`t know, i didn`t install anything... well, except diablo.

direct x 11 also on if it helps.
i would need help and possibly without reinstalling my windows pls.

Hello and welcome LegenDaa mate you would better posting in the 8 forum it is run by the same folks as here and you will get a quicker response - see above click on the Windows 8 forum use your same ID and password or whatever you want and post there.
