Why my computer c and d drive wont come out?

I still have many space in my c and d drive.
But why sometimes when i want to open my computer, it become like this

No matter how long i waited, it wont come out.
And when this happen,
thw file and the folder will become like this

But the file still can be open.

I would start scanning the PC for malware and viruses using Microsoft Security Essentials & Malwarebytes
When installing Malwarebytes make sure you un-check the box to start the trail version.

When the scans are complete, scan the PC for corrupt system files using the SFC /Scannow command.

When that is done and if the problem isn't fixed do a system restore.

As a last resort you can perform a repair install.

Another important test .
But its also important to note that it is not to be performed on an SSD.
