I encountered this issue out of nowhere for the past several days. I noticed it started occurring after my computer randomly got disconnected from the WiFi. After I reconnected this started. It shows I’m connected to WiFi on my desktop computer but then it says no internet/not connected. I ran the troubleshooter and it says your computer appears to be correctly configured but the device dns is not responding. Unfortunately I don’t have physical or remote access to the router to reset it. I’m able to connect to my wife’s iPhone as a hot spot with no issues, which leads me to believe it’s something with the specific router. However, my phone and smart tv are connected to the current WiFi with no problems which is odd. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

"Unfortunately I don’t have physical or remote access to the router to reset it." Where are you and where is the router? I'm curious.

Set you dns to 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 its likly by default it will be the router which could be the problem

Nope, not from me, I will listen in and learn from the experiences of others.

Open a cmd prompt type
ipconfig /all

tracert adobe.com
tracert 1.1.1.1

Run when working and again when its broke post both results.

If you have an andriod phone get a wifi analzer and check the signal next to pc and look for any routers close on the same channel with a high signal as that would do it maybe someone has just installed a new router
