Will this RAM work with this Mobo?

I'd check the Quality Vendor List from your motherboard's manufacturer (in this case, AsRock) but yes... it is compatible it's a DDR2 800Mhz Non-ECC module, your motherboard supports DDR2 667/800 at 1.8v.

But i'd check the QVL just to be 100% sure, at least you're now 98% sure that they'll work

EDIT: your Motherboard only supports up to 4GB RAM (2 x 2GB)

Phew, that's a relief to hear since I ordered the parts on Sunday and they should be here tomorrow! Stupid me checked about CPU compatibillity with that board, but only glanced at the RAM compatibillity! ^^;

Will do! Should see some substantial speed increases considering that at present, I'm running an ancient Intel Celeron Single Core @ 2.6GHz with a paltry 512MB of DDR RAM! :roflmao:

So that'll be roughly twice the speed of my CPU and almost 4x the RAM available. Not too shaby for the moment, anyway!
