Win 10 Upgrade problem

Hi, Spent all day yesterday upgrading my Win 7 Pro to Win 10 Pro, Although it took a long time, late last night, I finally got most of my programs up and running
Unfortunately, this morning when I switched on I keep getting the message. "Your PC ran into a problem, and needs to restart. Were'r just collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you" The Pc then reboots and but comes up repeatedly with the same message.
Is there any way of getting out of the loop, or does it mean starting from scratch again ?

Did you uninstall your Antivirus program first ?

Hi, Thanks for your reply, - Yes I de-installed most of the Win 7 Prog's including my Kaspersky AV before downloading and installing Win 10.
Is it possible to boot into Win 10 safe Mode using one of the F keys, after the BIOS run as per my Win 7 Pro ?
If so which ?
