Solved Win 7 64 suddenly at some programs strange display

I was some days busy to update my Win 7 64 and everything seemed to be okay. Then I called up Speedfan and got a shock - it was displayed at about double size now (see attachment). And look at the arrows and the white frame around them. It was not like this before my updates. I tried all the font settings but nothing worked to set it back to normal. Now I am worried about the state of my system.

Does anybody know how I can fix this? Please help - I spent so much time for this last update. I do not want to repeat everything.

Applications using Bitmap Font gets effected with rendering issues if during Windows 7 Setup High DPI is deteted and DPI is set to 120 or higher

Strange thing was that I fixed this long time ago. I guess some update might have re-created the problem.
