I am running Win 7 RC 32 bit -- just purchased Win 7 Ultimate 64 Bit full version ( not upgrade ) whenever I get to the point in the installation that asks for hard drive you want to install windows too- there is no hard drive to choose from -- I insert the cd with the same drivers that I used to install win 7 RC but installation will not recognize driver -- I have a Iogear Gice711s3 controller card --win 7 RC had no problem finding & installing driver -- will I need certain driver for 64 bit windows 7

I don't think the OP is trying to upgrade. I think this is just one of many Gigabyte/Asus/etc "can't find the hard drive" problems that keep popping up.

Doza - go to the Iogear website and download the 64 bit drivers for your controller card. You should also download 64 bit drivers for all of your hardware. Your 32 bit drivers will not work for 7 x64.

Ken:
I am trying to do clean install --- also Iogear does not have windows 7 drivers out on their web site as of this morning. I was able to use the Vista drivers to install win & RC -- but the Ultimate 64 will not allow me to use the vista drivers. The only reason I am using the Iogear card is to be able to use all my 500GB of hard drive --
