My Asus 3Fka has two OS, Win 7 ultimate and Win XP. There are two network drivers: Realtek RLT-81.... and wireless Atheros AR5006EG.
On Win XP both drivers work fine and I can connect to the internet.
On Win 7 after start in several minutes I get a message "
Driver IRQL Not Less Or Equal".
I understand there is a conflict on Win 7, but don't know where to find it.
Need help.
Thanks in advance.

I would uninstall any network drivers you on windows 7, reboot 7, let windows install the drivers.

Post back your results.

Please fill in your specs and please post a link to your board, we have no idea what we`re working with here :)

I find nothing for an Asus 3Fka, what is it ?

I've opened Win 7 in a safe mode and uninstalled all drivers from the Network adapters.Only couldn't uninstall those WAN Miniport. After restart Win 7 found two drivers and installed them automatically. After another restart everything looks the same. I can't connect by wireless (though the icon shows that Atheros is enabled, but there is no internet) and after several minutes the screen shows " Driver IRQL Not Less Or Equal".
The same time Win XP works fine.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
