WIN 7 ultimate x86 RANDOMLY hang (freeze)

I bought a Samsung notebook NP350E5X

I clean installed Win7 Ultimate x86

But sometimes it happens that Win7 completely freeze, mostly happens when surfing the net. Sometimes when I'm working in excell.

I have the same copy of Win7 installed on another machine, but I had no problems with freezing.

The only solution in this situation is HARD RESET on power button. (its very bad)

If you have any idea what to do let me know that I know.

Did you do a malware scan?

Did you try clean booting?

Do you have a shock detection (airbag protection) system in your laptop? This stops the HDD and temporarily freezes the system when shocks are detected. If yes, sensitivity might be set too high.

I'd test the hard drive first.
Seagate has a tool for hard drive testing:
SeaTools for Windows | Seagate

You could also organize some sort of Linux USB or CD/DVD and boot from that to see if it freezes. If no then
it seems more likely to be hard rive if yes then unlikely to be hard rive.
Other laptop repair options: Make sure fans are working and not blocked by dust (if it's a second hand unit);
Remove one piece of RAM if there are two present (There's also a memory diagnostic when starting up in
system repair mode)
