Win Logo Key Shortcuts

I don't know really what went wrong. Some of my win key shortcuts are not working (eg: Win+E & Win+R) which i use the most. But some other shortcuts are working also (Win+D & Win+L). Also all keys on the keyboard are working perfectly if pressed one by one. Only some combination shortcuts are not working.

I tried to sort it out & nothing happens. I formatted & re installed the O/S (Win 7 Home Premium) but still the same.

Would be great if somebody can help. Can it be a hardware problem? but all keys are working also..
I'm not a advanced user so kindly help me with simple steps

Formatted and reinstalled OS and still not working? Are you serious?

Seems like a hardware problem. Hook up another keyboard, if it works fine, means time for replacement.

Also check for stuck keys especially all the Shift, Ctrl and Alt keys.
