i was around Youtube and suddenly my PC started shaking around and there was a big black flash and all the sound got stuck, then i clicked on restart and when it opens it's just a black screen, nothing else, no mouse. nothing.
but there is an option to check for problems, i did it and it "succeeded" for 2 times, it didn't help and now when i try to do it again without internet, it does nothing but constantly load. what should i do?
all the check for problems does is load and then succeed but it doesn't change anything, it restarts and it's the same again.
