Win7 starter disc wont wont restore system

Hi girls n guys
please help me
problem is with a samsung net/notebook
when powered on it wont load up windows / it looks like it freezes after the "windows bar comes up for a minimum of 4 secs" then goes no further ?
tryd to use the wind recovery disc to "repair pc" it loads up windows files then i get a please wait screen and goes no further ?
so i tryed to re-install widows from disc, can get through the install procedure up untill i click install now then get to Setup is starting and wont go any further ? just the cursor icon circle goes round and round and just nothing
any advice on what the problem is ?
im stummped

cant get it to repair/ start in safe mode / boot up at all
noticed a BSOD error flash up while trying to boot and filmed it
it stated UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME
i have no idea whAT that means or what i can do

Check the hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tools.

As theog suggested the boot volume would indicate your machine is having issues reading/accessing your hard drive, this could be because of an error or the fact the disk is faulty
Following one of the links and running a diagnostic on your machine will tell you more
