Win7 suddenly crashes

I have in the past 2 days experience that suddenly my laptop shows a blue screen and after a while it restarts again. I have ran antivirus and antispywares but nothing specific is showing, rather than some few spywares that I usually encounter after running these programs.
The whole thing goes so fast that I can not write down the error messages, but I remember something about memory dumb crash.
Does anyone how to tackle this problem.

I have downloaded and ran the program BSOD Dump & System File Collection but it keeps on showing a dos window saying that it will start in 5 seconds, I have waited for more than 10 minutes as it is described in that thread but nothing shows up. I have ran it now several times but the same happens.

Run it as admin, it that doesn't work try the alternative method

I run the program as adminstrator but nothing happens.
I have made a copy of 4 files at windows/minidump.

Do a System Restore and remove that TunUP Utilities since it could have messed up your system
Windows 7 does not need any 'TuneUp' software or whatsoever related utilities
Run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

All Crashed occurred when Internet Explorer was running, are you using any addons(Avast Webrep?) such as toolbars?
Run a scan of Malwarebytes
Remove Avast if BSODs still occur, use MSE

Yes the crashes has happened while I was running IE.
I installed Avast for 2 days ago, and I guess its after that this problem occured. And Avast has added this webrep, but I can not diactivate it.

A sfc/scannow didn't encounter any problems.

Remove Avast

Avast is removed and replaced it with MSE, and Malwarebytes and superantispyware didn't catch anything this time. So far I haven't seen any blue screen, so I guess Avast was the main reason, even though I had good experiences with it from my previous laptop.

It once again happened, but this time the blue screen remained and did not restart by it self.
Will a complete format/installation avoid this problem?

Do you have any USB webcam plugged in?
Remove it and uninstall its driver, it is obsolete

There is no USB webcam in my pc, only an integrated webcam. I reinstall its driver again.
Since my last post I haven't encountered any blue screen.
