Hey.
Glad to be in this forum, seems active and helpful.
Tho I have a minor problem, hope its possible to solve.
I installed Windows 7 32Bit yesterday, all great so far.
Today when i started Winamp I noticed that sometimes I browse the webb, the song in Winamp lags, getting crusty if you will, sounds strange.

I used to have Windows 7 Evaluation 7100 and there I had no problem at all with Winamp, just with the retail version.
Does anyone know how to fix this? It's abit annoying.

Would be greatly thanksful for an answer, have been looking around on google and this forum and can't really find a solution of the problem.

masterbrain,

Thank you very much for posting this problem!

You asked a good question.

I also experience this behavior with winamp version: v5.56 (x86)

It happens with all music, be it mp3 or being a shoutcast stream.

I hope some can help us.

Have a nice day!

Same version here aswell, 5.56.
As in the beta it worked perfect, never a problem with anything.
This is actually the only problem I have with Windows 7, and as you said, I hope someone can help us with this :)

It's either the audio driver or network driver causing it. Look into updates for each.

Then possibly chipset drivers need an update. If you've haven't looked at that, give that a shot.

Its weird, ive tried update everything.
Can it be the version of winamp?
Perhaps try a older version?
