Window 7 64 bit installation struck at Copying files(0%)

I am trying to install window 7 ultimate 64 bit on my machine but it hangs at "Copying Windows files (0%)" and it stays there for more than 30 minutes. Then I close the machine by the power button.

Steps I have performed but all went in-vain-
1. I downloaded the Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool and then made the USB device bootable but this also is not working.
2. I change the USB slot and tried doing fresh installation but the same thing happens.
3. I even formatted all the partitions of the laptop but then also the same thing is happening.


Kindly suggest me what to do in this case.

Where did you get the Windows Ultimate Iso file from ?

Use Rufus to put the Iso file on the usb stick.

Use the Boot Menu to choose the usb stick.

Try again.
