Window is not genuine

Hi guys,
My netbook was with window7starter in Polish.I wanted in English and I gave in the shop and I dont know what they did they turned window7 starter to window7,now am back to my Country,and am not able to setup the desktop background,it shows black,when I choose one picture and make desktop back ground,it remains fora wile and disappear,this make me mad,and always pop up a window saying your window is not genuine,go online,and while am going online to resolve the problem,says my window is a copy and am not able to pay anymore,I payed more than enf money that I could buy 3 times a netbook,so anyone could be a help for me to reslve this situation,am not an expert in computers either am not using netbook always only to write something,or watch a movie,or searching something in net,for me only the problem I cant change my desktop background please guys someone say for me a solution,that won't take me once more to shop thanks in advance
