Windows 10 Broke my laptop

[hello people]

Hours ago I allowed Windows 10 to upgrade onto my ASUS laptop that was running Windows 7.

The features of the new Windows 10 install include:

1. Left click on start icon does not work
2. Search field can't be written in
3. Can not find Windows Update
4. Can not find the Settings App
5. Managing to get to the Settings App by devious methods see it flashing for a second then vanishing
6. Can not click to open Wifi icon properties, or sound icon, time or date

How can I revert back to Windows 7 on a laptop that has no discs/ came installed with W7?

How can I revert back in time to before this Windows 10 abomination if I can't access even the most basic functions of the laptop?

Well I just mashed the keyboard over and over and over while restarting over and over and over until a recovery came up. I now have a mint Windows 7 laptop.

I doubt that the OP meant mint as an OS

My read was the OP's OS is in mint condition.
