Hi and Welcome to SF!

First of all, you said that you got blue screen at startup. I recommend to perform a clean boot to figure out what services or component cause blue screen:
How to Troubleshoot a Problem by Performing a Clean Startup in Windows 7 or Vista

I suspect the graphic card, please re-install the driver. When upgrading your graphic driver you MUST remove all traces of the current driver. In order to do that we recommend using Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

When it is removed then download and install the fresh copy.

Also, update directx:

Remove Eset Nod32 for testing purpose, third party firewall or AV service might cause BSODs at startup:

Install MSE now to protect your computer while not having Eset: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials
