You can change back and forth as many times as you like, although only one computer at a time.

so if i have you right one day i can have 64 bit with the key and then the next have the 32 bit running and have no problems

Be careful here. Even though you are not intending to run both versions simultaneously, the fact that you might run 32-bit and 64-bit on alternative days can lead to problems, and you could possibly end up with the key being blacklisted. This is because the activation server will detect that the key is already in use. In actual fact, you will not be able to activate using the same key when it is already registered as being activated on another machine. Note that this also applies if you have both versions installed in separate partitions on the same machine. You will be better off getting a new license for the other version to avoid these problems.

You won't have any problems, unless you start switching back and forth several days in a row. If you activate one, and then decide to use the other platform, and try to activate the next day....the worst that will happen is that you might end up phoning it in.

Besides, who activates right away anyway? If you need to downgrade for some reason, use the 30 days wisely to test out the system before activating.
