On Remote Desktop manager what is the username and password , like is it in the computer.......please help ?

A local or domain user account if I understand you correctly?

Don't you know the user name and password of the computer you are trying to connect to?

Thank for replying and it's a domain account I'm trying to connect to my sisters laptop on a network , but I don't know my username or password

Should be same as your sister's account, if she has the permissions.

Can you select the domain controller in authentication window? If not, write username as: domain\username or username@domain

If you want into your sisters computer then ask her for the password.
