Windows 7 64bit Installation Issue. No Device Drivers Were Found

Hi guys, I'm trying to install Windows 7 64bit from a USB2.0 8GB stick, I go into the Asrock bios and goto the boot menu and change the boot to the USB stick, i then click save and exit. The pc restarts and i get into the "Windows is loading files" then it comes to the "Select Name,Country" I click next then it go's to the "Install Now" So i click it, It says "Starting up" Then it go's to this white box screen that displays this message "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing. If you have a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please insert it now. Note: If the Windows installation media is in the CD/DVD drive, you can safely remove it for this step" I then click "Ok" A another white box shows up that says "No device drivers were found. make sure that the installation media contains the correct drivers, and then click ok" So that's the issue, I've been looking on to other forums, And they've said to put the USB stick into other USB2.0 ports. And i've done that, Still the issue is there. So, Any help would be wonderful, Thanks for taking the time to read/reply to this. Thank you.

CPU:Athlon 5350
Memory:Team Elite Plus 8GB (2x4 GB)
HDD:Seagate Barracuda 7200.12

This message is usually always as a result of a bad burn or bad iso file.

Where did you get the iso file from and how did you put it on the stick ?

Could also be an issue using USB 3.0 devices and/or ports. If the BIOS can boot to USB it will work with USB 2.0 bootable devices but the Operating System loads the drivers for USB 3.0 ports so a USB 3.0 drive usually won't be bootable. I've not yet come across a motherboard/computer that can boot USB 3.0 devices.

Hey thanks for the reply, I got the file from here Try Windows 8.1 Enterprise | TechNet Evaluation Center awhile ago, I kept it in a folder on my desktop.

I also used this porgram Windows USB/DVD Download Tool - Microsoft Store

So, What can i do to fix this? I kinda don't understand what you're telling me but thank you for the reply.

I looked at the Asrock motherboard site and think the posted model number is wrong, they show a AM1B-ITX.
ASRock > Motherboard Series

It does show a couple of USB 3.0 ports and the part in the middle of each is colored blue, quite typical. USB 2.0 ports have a black centerpiece, helps distinguish them from the other. Just be sure to plug any bootable device into the black ports to assure BIOS support. ASRock > AM1B-ITX
