From the looks of it - you've been getting non-genuine messages since at least July last year!!
Why the delay getting it sorted?

Thanks for the response.

To give you answer to your suggestion, when I run the file, I get the following:-

'Error: This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software'.

I had a look in the BIOS and changed to RAID, this then lost the BOOTMGR. Had to change it back to original settings and recover using the Windows Disc.

To answer why it has taken so long, our client has only just reported it to us and in turn, their client has only just notified them of the issue, telling them that it has only just started happening. If you say since July, then it was only a couple of months after the system was supplied.

Hmm - the system is probably too new to accept older drivers, and I don't like attempting to put the very latest on there...

Please run the following commands in an Elevated Command Prompt

NET STOP CRYPTSVC
REN C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CATROOT2 CATROOT2OLD
NET START CRYPTSVC

once complete, leave the system alone for at least an hour to rebuild the database, then reboot, and run another MGADiag report.
Note that this may delete your Update History - but all updates will remain installed, and can be viewed in the Installed Updates listing.

That looks normal enough.
If you look in Device Manager, (and enable viewing of hidden devices) is anything flagged with red or yellow splashes?

This is the link to ASUS's latest IRST drivers for your board

I have absolutely no idea why it should come out at 250MB, while Intel's comes out at about 8MB - I can only assume that it bundles graphics drivers as well. :(

No problems in Device Manager. All clear.
Tried running them drivers and get the same message as I did with the Intel ones, 'Error: This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software'.

I get the feeling I'm going to be completely reloading this system. I'm sure the client has done something with this that they are not telling me about.
