Do a search for outlook.pst and you should find all the instances of your mail files.. first tho, I'd suggest going into Outlook just before you do the search, so you get an accurate date/time stamp on the correct outlook.pst file you need, as a search will find any and all older backups of outlook.pst if copied elsewhere.. Once you find the correct instance, copy that onto a thumbdrive/ext hd as a backup.
