Have you reseated all the ram or used memtest?
You're 100% sure you're in 64-bit and not 32-bit?
Does BIOS show all 4 sticks?

Well they seem to be all recognized by the BIOS as they are all seen in the memory tab.
Make sure memory remapping is enabled in the BIOS. It should have been by default tho.

Make sure the Maximum memory box isn't checked...

In the search box tyep "msconfig" (without quotes) click "msconfig.exe", click "Advanced Boot Options" and make sure the "Maximum Memory" box isn't checked. If so, un-check it. You'll probably have to re-boot after that. Then see what it says for memory.

That box actually limits the amount of memory the system uses, especially on a 64-bit OS.
