I have an Acer Aspire 4339, which I tried to restore to factory settings earlier. Apparently, the format failed, and I have to access to my computer whatsoever. Whenever I start up my computer, it starts up as if I had a hard shutdown, assuming that I had a power outage, or something like that. Then, whenever I press any of the choices (Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking, etc) it does the regular "Windows is starting.", but then after that it says "Set up is starting services". Then, a popup appeared saying, "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, reset the installation." How do I restart the installation? I already have discs that have the recovery program on them, but they don't do anything.
