Windows 7 Activation intermittent popups 0x8004FE21

Hey guys,

I have been searching the forum and net to try to fix this issue. I have a Lenovo S30 workstation, I ran windows update and they ran and installed fine. I also ran Lenovo updater and updated chip set drivers, USB drivers, etc, all installed fine.

But I have not been able to get this pop up to stop coming up. It happens once a day, but if you close it and check the my computer properties, it will say activated. But when you run the diagnostic, I am still in a 0x800FE21 state.

Workstation is using Intel rapid storage, but I ran the Intel updater and it did not find updates. I tried some of the links in old posts, and they are out of date. I also tried setuprst.ext from the Aug'14 release but it would not open.

I have not tried a checkdisk or SFC /SCANNOW. I wanted to see if anyone recognized the error first.
