windows 7 asks twice for credentials at logon

Hi all.

I have the below situation.

When i start windows they ask me for user credentials which is quite normal.

But after i enter them correctly they ask me again. If i delay to enter them the 2nd time when i do i enter windows and i see that all startup programs are already loaded.

The only thing i can imagine is that some time ago i followed an article on how to enable concurrent login of users and probably i have not done it right because it is not supposed to ask me twice for my login credentials.
Unfortunately i do not remember which article was.

So my question is, is there a way to bring my windows 7 ultimate in their default settings according users log on?

Hi again ,

after no response from here -which was my last hope- i decided to have windows 7 automatically login so i would not have to enter my credentials twice and i followed these instructions to do it:
How To Automatically Logon To Windows 7

I expected that windows will not ask me for credentials at all ,but now they ask me just once.

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
