Okay. So, I'm a gamer I play games. If I play a game with the in game audio on and I play music or a voice program like Skype/Teamspeak/Mumble the Sound crackles and breaks. If I disable the In game audio while playing music/skype/teamspeak/mumble it works fine No crackling at all. Just if I had the game audio with other programs open it crackles/cuts out.

I don't know. It sounds like something in the game audio is causing the problem. Are you connecting to the internet via a wired to the router/modem or are you using Wi-Fi? Wi-Fi has been known to cause the crackling.

With the system specs you have, it should not be a system resource problem (its basically what I have, except I have RealkTek audio).

Since the only major difference between your and mine is the audio device, try reinstalling the VIA sound drivers.

My motherboard is a "gaming" motherboard - ASRock Z77 Professional Fatal1ty.
