Windows 7 automatically install drivers when internet connected.

Is there a way for my laptop to automatically install drivers whenever the internet is connected.

Before, i cleaned installed Windows 7 then the driver's are not installed. The network driver is not installed, and googling leads to intel and lenovo but i am on HP

HP generally have a good back catalogue....check on thier site for your model, download the driver to a USB, then install from that
