Windows 7 Boot Manager BCD Error

Help. I'm getting this every time I boot up my computer.
It happened after I had my computer on "sleep". When I woke up and tried to open my laptop, it shut off and showed me this:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1. Insert your Windows installation disc an restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next."
3. Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc0000001

Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data.


It simply takes me to the same screen when I hold "F8".
So I cannot get the "Repair your computer." Option.

I do not have the windows installation disc.

Please try helping me. Also, all I can do is basically start up my computer and it takes me to that screen every time.

& made the Startup Repair CD.

Do a Startup Repair.

No I did not.
Also, I cannot do a startup repair.
Every time I try to, it takes me to the boot manager screen. After that, I can only press "enter" and it reboots my computer. Then the same thing happens... Over and over again.

How would I go about doing a startup repair when it's not even letting me press F8?

No actually I don't. I'm going to make the recovery disc in a bit.
Edit: I cannot make the recovery disc because I can't
Load up my computer. I would need
To use somebody else's computer.

You're going to need another PC to burn the disks necessary to work throught the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.

The Disk is provided in Step 5 to use for Repairs or possible Reinstallation.

I would start with the suggested 3 Startup Repairs from the DVD's System Recovery Options.
If it doesn't offer to System Restore and fails to repair, then run System Restore from the Options list next.

Then run SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot from Command Prompt in Options list. See if it repairs damaged System files, if it will then start, or run Repairs again.

Then continue with the other steps in tutorial if necessary.
