Well as you know kids play on the computer and so, my partition from which windows 7 boots got formated and cleaned out however there is another computer that is the exact same as that one, is there any way I can extract the partition from that computer and turn it into an ISO place it on a bootable USB disk and boot from it?

Not clear what you are asking.

Do you want to transfer the installation from the other machine onto your own?

How do you mean it is the one it boots from - do you mean the "system" partition?

Is the partition containing windows itself still intact?

If it is, you should be able to mark it active - either from the command prompt on the win7 repair cd/installdvd or a 3rd party partitioning cd.

Then just run startup repair ( that is also on the win7 repair cd /install dvd ) a couple of times.

Do you have those discs?

Nope, but I'm wondering can I use the other computer (both computers are the same) to create a boot disc to reinstall windows

It is technically possible to "copy" the other o/s onto that one - but you will have probably all kinds of problems with licensing.

Unless you are very lucky - it might work with a Dell.

It might be doable - by making an image with eg. macrium free and restoring to the other machine.

If you want to do a clean reinstall - you need an installation dvd, preferably a windows7 SP1 iso- you can google for that - you also need the license key ( product key ) - if it is an oem machine that will be on the case somewhere - possibly under the battery.
