Windows 7 BSOD - IQRL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

-Computer emachines T5082 all original except i have upgraded the memory from 512 GB to 2 GB

Then there is the problem i am having i keep getting the BSOD after running programs like itunes or going on you tube, the usual reason it gives me is IQRL NOT LESS OR EQUAL, here is the infromation the windows error recovery box gives me when it restarts:

You have several problems.
First go to Windows Update then install the other hotfixs.

Then for troubleshooting purpose, uninstall McAfee Antivirus and replace it with MSE.
You may go back to McAfee after the problems has gone.
