I have had this computer for quite some time and everything was fine but now I'm getting this message. It's a work laptop and the IT Guys have already tried to enter in the product key but it's not working. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Here is my log:

It might have to do with over-protective security software.

Yesterday everyone in my office noticed that a program was downloaded onto our computers. It was called Microsoft System Center End Point Protection.

I noticed it and deleted it. Then it re-installed by itself onto my computer. I tried deleting it again and that's when I got the error message about Windows not being genuine.

I ran MalwareBytes and it came up with nothing

MSCEPP is something installed by your Admins - you should contact them for assistance.
It's not something that of itself would cause this problem, but may do if there are conflicting residuals from a previous AV installed.
They will know much better than me what these might be.

Having said that - what other Anti-Virus programs have EVER been installed on this machine?

It's my work computer so I didn't have much choice but just outta curiosity what do you guys suggest as far as anti virus programs go?

the MSCEPP you've now got is one of the best - although I've never used it. It's designed to operate in tandem with your company's main protection.
For personal use, I use MSE which I also install on most of my clients' computers, with no problems. It may not be the best, but it has/causes less problems than almost any other, and needs less user input (and no money!).
AVOID Norton, McAfee (Symantec pro stuff is pretty good, but can have problems - McAfee Pro stuff likewise).
AVG has got bloated over the past few years.
Avast is one of the better ones.

In all cases, avoid the full 'Suite' type products - The Windows Firewall is good enough for 99.9% of people, and most of the rest of a suite apart from the actual AV/AM software is bloat or window-dressing (or in the case of the 'registry cleaners' positively dangerous).

It turns out that program MSCEPP was installed by the IT department.

Their license ran out on Symantec and so they switched to that. A computer guy just came by to delete Symantec

I guess that's a good decision.
