I bought a new headset. I made it discoverable, Windows found it, but could not find the drivers. I have scoured the internet with no avail. I don't know the company that makes it because its a cheap one, it DOES work with my android so I think it's just a Windows problem. Here is my info:

OS: Windows 7 HP 64bit
Laptop: HP Pavilion DV7-6C50CA
Bluetooth radio: Intel Centrino wireless bluetooth 3.0 driver version 1.0.90.20620

Thanks for you help, but it hasn't solved the problem.

That piece of software installed all the drivers except Bluetooth Stereo Audio, and Hands-free audio. Windows recognized the device as working but there is no sound coming from the headphones.

I then went to device manager and found Stereo Audio. Went to update drivers and "let me pick" and installed the Intel Bluetooth audio driver. The installation was successful and the headphones were set as the default audio device. When I played music, windows was showing that the headphones were working but they were not.

What should I do next?

Thanks a lot for everything.
