WINDOWS 7 CANT INSTALL any programs

i just bought a new laptop, it has windows 7, i cant install programs from CDs or stuff ive downloaded. Ive tried disabling anti virus, fire wall, rebooting multiple times and the error when installing still comes up

New PC's are loaded with so much bloatware that Win7 is throttled and corrupted.

In addition, what antivirus(es) do you have on your computer? Some are just plain bad, and you never should have more than one. Windows firewall and antiviruses aren't supposed to block anything but viruses, leave them enabled for security. Do you use any "cleaning" programs? They aren't generally recommended. i bought this laptop 4 days ago with windows 7, i dont have the windows 7 installation cd, i used trend micro anti virus but i uninstalled it, i also have kasperskv or w/e but i havent activated it yet so i uninstalled it too. I cant install my sony vegas studio 7 using my cd and one of the games ive downloaded, i tried running on admin and changing compatibility and nothing worked, it says : Error 1935 . AN error occured during installation of assembly component {6D321E57-3E99-3B87-BF23-2CDFF3361CB4}. HRESULT: 0x80070002.

Did you follow the steps I gave you to Clean up factory bloatware?

Especially achieve a clean boot then try the install again to see if it will proceed.

If the problem persists I would use the one-year free Tech Support which comes with each computer purchase to see if they know about this issue and can help you fix it, or RMA the machine for replacement.

You can also run full Factory Recovery as laid out in your Manual (available via google) or we can provide you with a Win7 ISO for your version used for Clean Reinstalling Windows 7.

Of course you can't install win7 without an installation DVD or bootable USB.
But you can download win7 installation ISO for free and burn it to DVD yourself.
Do you have a valid installation key (see COA sticker on your computer)?

It's a brand new laptop without any software you installed yourself? No important documents as well? You didn't change any important settings yourself?

So reinstalling is not real problem?

What brand and type laptop is it?

Make your Recovery Disks first, then save the Recovery Partition when you boot in to reinstall to C.

You can also save externallly a Win7 backup image exactly as it exists now, so you have an alternative method to recover to factory condition.

Is this something that you want to do to get a cleaner Win7 install? Did you read through the steps for Reinstalling Windows 7 and understand everything? Ask back if not.

Then tell us your licensed Win7 version as it appears on COA sticker, which must have a readable Product Key you should also back up elsewhere now.

Never have more than 1 antivirus installed at a time, and only remove them with their individual uninstaller tool or a special uninstaller such as Revo that will clean out all extra bits and pieces left behind, because Antiviruses do leave pieces behind which could potentially harm computer performance and operation. But it sounds like you would prefer to completely reinstall your computer. So Just giving you this advice for the future.

i dont think my feeble brain is capable of performing such a task :/ i might screw it up and my warrantee just expired today

If you just bought your computer you have a year's tech support and parts warranty from the manufacturer. However most will not support a clean reinstall so if you do one you should not tell them this if you call for tech support, and will need to make your Recovery Disks first in case you ever have to ship it back under the hardware warranty - run Factory Recovery first from its partition or the disks.

You might call tech support now as this might be a known issue to them on this machine. Let us know how they handle it.
