Windows 7: Can't see winrar files under C:

I have downloaded some winrar files with a program and i can find the files with that program and export them to another hard drive but under my C: folder i can't see them at all. I have tried to activate see hidden folders and files but it is still the same.

Is there any folders with the files in as often it opens them and shows them as folders
